| About Bronzing |
What is bronzing?
If packagings or labels should contrast by emphasizing
and precious
products should be recognizable by their high brilliant
appearance,
bronzing represents the most effective tool. Printing
products like
packagings or labels can be upgraded by applying
a special golden
powder to the requested areas of the sheets.
How does bronzing work?
After the colour inks are printed, the sheets are
transported to a one -
or multicolour printing press. This press prints
a tacky ink (glue) on the
spots that should get bronzed. Via a sheet conveyor,
the sheets are
running from the printing press directly into the
bronzing machine.
Inside the bronzing machine the bronze powder gets
polished into the
special ink.
